Q: You advertise yourself as deep tissue does that mean it will hurt?

A: No I adjust my pressure accordingly to each client. 

I offer a fully mobile service. I will drive to your home or place of work within a 5 mile radius of Sheffield city centre and set up my table or massage chair. Extra charges may be added for postcodes outside this radius and if parking charges at your location are required. 

I bring fresh clean table covers, drapes and towels to each client. I only use organic natural fibres. 

I use organic grapeseed massage oil. Thai tiger balm (if consented) and organic essential oils.

I often use tools like Thai massage sticks, Gua Sha Muscle Scrapers and other various tools. I also incorporate hot stones and cupping into my massages.

I play a mix of deeply meditative and healing frequency based music during your session. 

You will be fully covered by a drape and only the area I’m working on will be exposed. Lower underwear must be on at all times. 

Once I’m set up I will leave the room and let you get undressed down to your lower underwear. You can call me back into the room when you are comfortably face down on the table and covered by the drape provided.

Q: How will I Feel after the treatment?

A: Everyone responds differently

Some feel instantly re-energized and lighter directly after the treatment, while others will feel relaxed and quite sleepy. You may well be buzzing all over. My technique is powerful and will release toxins that have been held within your muscles. I will advise you how to keep hydrated and flush the toxins from your system. Alcohol and caffeine should be avoided for the rest of the day.

Although uncommon mild bruising and soreness the next day can occur especially if you haven’t had a treatment for a while. This will subside quickly.
