As a fellow climber I fully understand the strain and toll a good climb can have on your body especially the arms and hands. I have designed a tailored 1hr massage that specialises in climbing recovery and the post-climbing healing process. It involves a full body deep tissue massage with a targeted manipulation of muscles, fascia, and soft tissues to alle-viate soreness, reduce tension, and enhance overall recovery, with a fo-cus on specific muscles, tendons and ligaments that get effected from climbing. I can help climbers restore their bodies to optimal condition,
improve flexibility, reduce the risk of injury and fast track your recovery ready to get back on the wall.

1hr - Massage for cyclists / runners £50
I have been an avid cyclist from a young age having grown up in a rural part of Derbyshire. I have road/gravel and full sus bikes and get out reg-ularly. I also work for British cycling through the summer period.
I fully understand the toll big rides can have on the body and legs. Ive designed a tailored full body 1hr deep tissue massage utilising all of my skills techniques to target specific muscles tendons and ligaments that get effected from a heavy ride. Expect extra time on the legs, feet, hips and lower back and a combination of movement and stretching with spe-cific, deep targeted acupressure to help relieve muscle adhesions and remove cycling associated tension.
This massage is also suitable for runners.

I offer a no nonsense 30 minute massage at your place of work.
I will bring my massage chair (pictured) and give you an intensive and detailed deep tissue massage on your back, neck, shoulders, head, arms and hands. Finding and releasing the knots and tension from re-petitive strain from working long hours at a desk or physically demand-ing job.
